RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

11.1 - POLICY:

It is the policy of the Randolph County Commission that all buildings, vehicles, and closed cab equipment owned or operated by the County Commission are designated tobacco-free zones.

11.2 - PROCEDURE:

The use of any cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, tobacco, nicotine, dipping, or vape related products are strictly prohibited. If an employee needs to indulge in one of these habits they need to wait until their break/lunch time and to be at least 15 feet away from any doors or openings.
