Section 9 - Visitation
9.1 – Detainee visitation is conducted via online video only. Family members and friends may schedule visits seven (7) days per week between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M., provided visitation does not interfere with facility operations. All visits must be scheduled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

9.2 – Visitors without access to required technology may utilize video visitation kiosks located in the public visitation area of the detention center lobby.

9.3 – Facility staff are authorized to conduct background or record checks on all visitors. (

9.4 – Any inappropriate behavior, language, or violation of facility rules during a visit will result in immediate termination of the visit and may result in suspension or loss of future visitation privileges.

9.5 – Visitors must not wear revealing or offensive clothing or engage in inappropriate conduct during visits. Violations may result in termination of the visit and restriction or revocation of visitation privileges.

9.6 – Verified attorney visits shall not be recorded or monitored.

9.7 – Facility administration reserves the right to restrict or suspend visitation as necessary to ensure safety, security, and orderly facility operations.
