Section 13 - Co-Pays and Payments For Services

Services provided to detainees and related fees will be charged to the detainee’s commissary account when applicable. Receiving services is not dependent on available funds; however, any unpaid balance will remain on the account until fully satisfied.

Standard fees include:

• Doctor or Dentist visit: $10.00

• Nurse visit: $5.00

• Prescription medication: $3.00

• Notary services: $1.75 per page

• Copies (including legal documents): $0.50 per page

• Property damage: full cost of repair or replacement
