Section 15 - Commissary Access

15.1 - Commissary privileges are available online. Detainees may access the online commissary via kiosk or tablet provided in the dormitory. Detainees will be allowed to place store orders on the kiosks located in each housing unit. The online commissary is stocked with such items as shaving cream, soap, deodorant, writing materials, stamped envelopes, candies, cookies, and potato chips. All monies on your person at admittance will be transferred at the time of booking. 

Detainees may receive money orders or a cashier’s check in the mail to be placed on their detainee account (NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS). Money may also be added to an detainee’s account through the ATM located in the lobby or on www.team3.com. The Commissary schedule will be set by the Chief Jail  Administrator and is subject to change.

15.2 - In case of misunderstandings, the store clerk may clarify the current condition of your account. Attempts to forge store orders or any other abuses of the commissary privileges are considered major misconduct and will result in immediate disciplinary action and/or criminal prosecution.

15.3 - You may not buy, sell, or trade store call items from other detainees. This is a Level II rule violation (Transfer of Property).

15.4 - Upon your release you will receive a check or debit card for any unused monies if an authorized officer is present.  If an authorized officer is not present, you may pick up your check/debit card on the next normal business day.  If you have placed a store order and get released before it arrives, you have seven days to pick it up or it will be disposed of, excluding weekends.
