Meals are served three (3) times daily at approximately 5:00 A.M., 11:00 A.M., and 5:00 P.M. It is the responsibility of each detainee to be prepared to receive their meal tray at the designated times.
Upon entry of a correctional officer into the housing area and announcement of meal service, all cell doors will be secured. Detainees shall form a single-file line in an orderly manner to receive one (1) meal tray. Each detainee must present their wristband for scanning prior to receiving a tray and proceed directly to the
designated eating area.
Upon completion of meal service, all empty trays shall be stacked neatly on the nearest table at the housing unit entrance for retrieval by staff.
